Purchasing Options And
Registration Of The Software
There are two different ways to pay for your downloaded
software, and an additional ordering option.
• You may make payment online, using RegSoft.com •
• If online security concerns you, you may pay via
check or money order, using USPS •
• You may also pay for and order a CD-ROM containing
a single module, or the entire software suite •
Decide which option you would like and page down
for further instructions about that option.
Registering And Paying For Your Software Online
Registering your software online is simple and fast, just 10 minutes! All you need is your browser and a valid e-mail address. To start, choose one of the modules below. These links will open in a new window and remember to verify (by looking for the lock symbol) that the session is secure.
Once the transaction is finished, the HUD-1 sales staff will send you your user name, serial number and unlock code via the e-mail address you supplied. Once you have this information, you must enter it into the HUD-1 module for which it was purchased. To learn how to do this, see the HUD-1 online help, by pressing the F1 key (function key 1) from any HUD-1 module. Registering And Paying For Your Software Using U.S.P.S.
Some people are concerned that online credit card transactions are prone to breaches in security and personal privacy. It takes a bit more time, but the United States Postal Service is both more secure and anonymous than an online transaction. The first step is to load and print the textual order forms. You may choose to load the order forms in new windows, or download a compressed (zipped) version of the order forms to your computer.
After you have printed and filled out the appropriate order form, send it to the address on page one of the form, along with a check or money order. Note that only checks with a valid street address will be accepted. We will send the registration information to you by the next business day, but owing to the capricious nature of the U.S.P.S., please allow at least seven to ten business days for the information to return to you. If after a reasonable time, the information does not arrive, you may contact us for a re-issuance of your registration information.
Ordering A CD-ROM Of The Software From Us
If the machine you are using ever suffers a catastrophic failure (a crash), it is often much faster and easier to re-initialize it when the software you are using is on pre-made media (floppy disks or CD-ROMs). You can always re-download the HUD-1 software and re-enter the registration information, but if you order the software on a CD-ROM you have all that available in just moments.

We will send a CD-ROM and the registration information (on a printed label, stuck to the CD-ROM jewel case) to you by the next business day. Owing to the capricious nature of the U.S.P.S., please allow at least seven to ten business days for the package to be received. If, after a reasonable time, you do not receive the CD-ROM mailer, you may contact us for assistance.
